Kavitha Sivaraman, M.D.
Dr. Kavitha Sivaraman grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Southern California and was named Valedictorian of her graduating class. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed her Residency in Ophthalmology at the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary at the University of Illinois in Chicago and served as chief resident during her last year. She received her sub-specialty training in cornea, external disease and cataract surgery at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
Dr. Sivaraman is actively involved in clinical and scientific research with a particular interest in ocular surface disease and artificial corneas. She has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, textbook chapters and presented her work at national meetings.
Dr. Sivaraman specializes in both comprehensive ophthalmology and medical and surgical diseases of the cornea and cataracts. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Cornea Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Sivaraman sees patients at the Blue Ash office.
