Patient Services - Payment Options

Our patients now have the ability to manage their private balances on line.

As a patient of CEI you can conveniently make payments to your private balance by using our web-site.

How does payment on the web work?

When payment is made by either a check or credit/debit card on our web-site it is automatically sent to our financial institution and credited to the account within several business days. There is also an option to have electronic confirmation of the transaction sent via e-mail.

How do I make the payment on the web?

• Please have the most recent copy of the billing statement available for reference.
• Click on the link provided for payments on the web that will direct you to our payment site.
• Enter the account number that is located in the upper right hand side of the statement in the teal colored box and the last 4 digits of the social security number in the appropriate fields provided and sign in.
• You will be directed to your personal information page that includes the private amount due, name, address, account number and telephone. If you wish to have a confirmation sent to you via e-mail please enter the email address in the box provided.
• In "Payment Amount" enter the amount of payment to the account and click on the "continue" button. You will be directed to the payment method page. Please note that payment must be $10.00 or greater.
• Payment Method - please choose one of the options provided for payment. Payment can either be made by your personal bank account (check by phone) or by credit/debit card Visa, Master Card or Discover.
• Enter the appropriate information required for either your personal bank account or credit/debit card information. You can make any changes by clicking on the "Making Changes" button or proceed to "Verify Payment" button.

This will complete the transaction to your account. If you have used a credit/debit card an authorization number will appear on the screen for your convenience.
