 Stuart H. Anness, M.D. was born and raised in Cincinnati. He attended Western Hills High School and then received his undergraduate degree at Kenyon College. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. His medical training was completed at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Anness spent a one-year Internship at the Kettering Medical Center and then completed his Ophthalmology training at Evanston Hospital, an affiliate of Northwestern University Medical Center. Dr. Anness practices general Ophthalmology in the Western Hills area. He specializes in laser surgery and cataract and implant surgery. Dr. Anness currently has appointments to the Medical Staff of the Franciscan, Christ, University, Children's and Bethesda Hospitals. He is a member of the Cincinnati Medical Society, Ohio State Medical Society, American Medical Association, Ohio Ophthalmology Society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Anness resides in Green Township with his wife and two sons. Dr. Anness is a member of the Twin Tower Board of Trustees. His interests include scuba diving, golf, travel, history and aviation. |
