Get to Know Dr. Lameier

Kenneth A. Lameier, O.D. has been practicing at Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI) since 1996. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Thomas More College in 1990 and his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he graduated Cum Laude in 1995. While at UAB he participated in clinical research and was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honors Fraternity. He completed his Externship and Residency in Ocular Disease at the Cincinnati Eye Institute through the Ohio State University School of Optometry. He is certified by the Board of Optometric Examiners in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease.

Dr. Lameier is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Kentucky Optometric Association. He currently practices in the Retinal Service at CEI as well as comprehensive primary eye care at his private practices in Alexandria and Ft. Wright, Kentucky.

Dr. Lameier lives in Northern Kentucky with his wife Jamie and daughter Noelle and son Brennan.
