Matthew T. Ritter, O.D.

Matthew T. Ritter, O.D. joined the Cincinnati Eye Institute to assist in the glaucoma clinic. Dr. Ritter has received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He earned his Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University in 2002, graduating Cum Laude. He has completed an externship rotation through the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Dr. Ritter is certified by the International Board of Optometric Examiners in the treatment and management of ocular disease.
Dr. Ritter is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association, and is currently serving as Lieutenant Zone Governor of the Cincinnati Optometric Association. He is actively involved in his community, local athletics, and he serves on the Board of Trustees at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Dr. Ritter lives in Maineville with his wife Sara and daughter Ellie.
