Mona S. Saggar, O.D. received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from The Ohio State University in 1990. She continued her education at The Ohio State University earning a Doctor of Optometry degree in 1994. Dr. Saggar completed specialized rotations at the Veteran’s Administration in corneal disease and contact lenses during Optometry School. She also practiced at the Cleveland Clinic with emphasis on anterior segment disease.
Dr. Saggar has been practicing comprehensive and primary care optometry for adults and children since 1994. She participates in the medical management of glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and age related macular degeneration.
Dr. Saggar is a member of the AOA, OOA and the Infant See Program. She enjoys volunteering at area schools performing vision screenings.
