Phoenix King, a young girl with a rare disease called Stevens Johnson Syndrome, has been a patient at Cincinnati Eye Institute the past year as specialists have worked to rebuild her eyelids and restore her sight. Local 12’s Liz Bonis has been following Phoenix’s inspirational story.
