Meet Dr. Fortman

Dr. Maddi Fortman, OD, MS earned her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry and Master of Science in Vision Science degrees at The Ohio State University College of Optometry, where she graduated summa cum laude. She then completed a cornea and contact Lens residency with an emphasis in ocular disease at The Ohio State University Department of Ophthalmology’s Havener Eye Institute.

Dr. Fortman sees patients at the Green Township, Blue Ash, and Fairfield offices, where she provides comprehensive eye examinations, medical eye care, and specialty contact lens services, including scleral lenses and rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses.

Outside the office, Dr. Fortman enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Alex, and their dog, Bailey, reading, and exercising.
