We are pleased to announce the our previous Madeira office has now relocated to Montgomery.

The Montgomery Apex Eye office is located off Orchard Club Drive at 10615 Montgomery Road. After turning onto Orchard Club, take an immediate left at parking lot in the front of the building. The entrance to the building is at the far end of the parking lot, near the trees. Enter the building and take the elevator to the second floor to Suite 202.

From Interstate 275

• Exit 50 OH-2/US 22 Montgomery Road
• Head South on Montgomery Road for.5 miles
• Go past Wendy’s
• Turn right onto Orchard Club Drive
• Make an immediate left into parking lot at 10615 Montgomery Road

North on Montgomery Road

• Head North on Montgomery Road
• Go past Tri-Health Bethesda Hospital entrance
• Turn left onto Orchard Club Drive (directly across from Valley Creek Retirement Home)
• Make an immediate left into parking lot at 10615 Montgomery Road
