Meet Dr. Pirie

Adam Pirie, O. D., is a Resident at the Cincinnati Eye Institute, focusing on ocular disease diagnosis and management.

Dr. Pirie is originally from Canton, Ohio and has earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and German and Miami University before completing his Doctorate of Optometry at The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

During his time at optometry school, Dr. Pirie served as Class President of his graduating class. He has completed clinical externship rotations at the Chillicothe Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Columbus Ophthalmology Associates.

In his free time, Dr. Pirie enjoys rock climbing or, if feeling less adventurous, a good book.
