Bernice M. (Cataracts)

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. At first, I was very apprehensive because I’d never been to Cincinnati Eye Institute and the procedure was frightening to me. From the very first interaction, the staff at CEI made me feel comfortable. They first sent me a CD with information on the procedure and what to expect, which was so helpful. Even the directions to the facility were so appreciated, because I was just nervous. And then when I met Dr. Michael Nordlund, he was so confident and I immediately knew I could trust him.

I have never experienced such friendliness and consideration as I had with staff at both facilities. Even after my surgeries, I have called back with questions, and each person I’ve spoken with has been serious about helping me, even when my questions seemed to me to be silly. I was very happy with my experience and am at present recommending CEI to all who need eye care.
